The Bianchetti truffles are grown in. light and sandy soils under coniferous and broad-leaved trees and are picked by hand in the winter months (January through March). This package had readily sliced truffles in olive oil so you can have fresh winter truffles year round ready in your pantry.

Shelf Life: Refrigerate and keep covered with olive oil. Best consumed within a few days of opening.
